Getting organized...
is fully an uphill battle. Just when you think "shit, that was easy, things are rolling smoothly, I've got a little time to relax" BAM! something else comes up and knocks life off it's axis. I am doing everything I can think of to save myself time and manage my time and something is still missing. I still go to bed wishing I had four more hours and I still wake up with a thousand ideas of what is to come and what to do zinging through my mind. Pay sears bill, wash car, fix tire, buy cat litter, buy food while you are at it, find I.D., call dentist, call chiropractor, pay Victorias Secret bill, Get supplies to finish garage remodel, drop off drycleaning, order car parts (oops!), call your sister, buy a plane ticket home for thanksgiving, pay car insurance, get tags and plates, and on and on and on. That is just what I thought of trying not to think of anything. In the meantime, I work, I work 60ish hours a week at my day job and 20ish hours a week being a therapist for everyone in my life who is going through a crisis or just wants to talk. This leads me to one conclusion... I appreciate the shit out of my mother. She managed to raise 7 children, take care of my dad, take care of my invalid grandfather, and run the house. Granted the extra-cirriculars were kept to a minimum but 1 club/sport/association per child adds up to something every day of the week. Who has enough time in the day and where did they find it? My newest idea was my calendar, I add every day into the squares what came up the day before and print it out (thanks google) half scale so I can tuck it into a folder I made especially for it. It has been very helpful except for some reason they only allow me to fill 12 hours a day with appointments. Hm. Maybe it's a sign.
